I think what were really seeing evolve as 0% of republicans trust the media or globalism etc is a growing feeling that all of these globalist corporations and media entites are beginning to co-operate so effectively across borders that they are, in effect, forming a pseudo-government that is able to actually set moral codes and even in some cases policy while being a group of unelected elites. These elites lean heavily left. So the right wingers feel they need a change in this arrangement to get representation. If they are going to behave like a government then maybe their leaders need to be elected. Otherwise your vote matters less and less

This means the ceo and board of directors need to run for their posts. Professors at college must get elected to serve at the university. Journalists must be elected. If they are all hyper political in modern times, its the only path to fix thngs.

the mechanisms to remove an "elite media CEO" are far less stringent than removing an elected official. That dumb broad at Yahoo got kicked with the swiftness. Anthony Wiener had to get caught sending dick pics with his kid in his arms, Billy Clinton got head in the oval office and lied about it.
