I worry that a bill like this...would de-value the "checks and balances" system we have by devaluing the presidential part of it.
Attorney client privilege should be sacrosanct, unless it can be pre-proven that it needs to be violated. Which I don't see in this instance.

you're not a smart man. the second that this Stormy story dropped Cohen deleted every single text message or email even vaguely referencing this event so Trump could have plausible deniability cloaked by client lawyer privileged to avoid any potential campaign finance violations. Something I dont even feel should be an impeachable offense. This is the direct equivalent to HRC wiping servers. The situations are different, but in the aspect of whether or not they required a raid to preserve any potential incriminating evidence they are the same. The only thing that is different is your political leaning bias that is stronger than your brain power and prevents you from seeing this. Doubling down just makes you look pathetic, thank god you're not smart or honest enough to care about what people think about you.
