Dershiwitz is an authoritarian himself though. He has defended state torture, constant droning of civilians, and American occupation of everything.

Not a good person to quote. Harpoon into civil liberties? Lol. What an imagination! Maybe Trump shouldn't have hid his taxes and had the bare amount of transparency.

You guys are already building up to justification for firing Mueller when that will be a grave mistake and an admission of guilt to many many people. He will be viewed as being too close to something.

That is what happens when you align yourself with a Rogues gallery and the campaign. Talking Manafort and Roger Stone...with friends like those you don't need enemies. Roger Stone is already contradicting him stuff all over the news stations about what he knew it is only a matter of time before he gets a subpoena and has to tell the truth or lie on record.

You have the candidate's son meeting with foreign governments who are offering help on the campaign? Lol

Mueller also previously seized Manafort's attorney-client communications with his lawyer before finally returning them and giving them up as privileged, and also used a grand jury to question one of manafort's former lawyers as a witness against him.
These are in addition to seizing the attorney-client emails from Trump's transition via government servers

Launching a few missiles at Assad's forces as a response to his chemical attack isn't starting a war or changing the regime. Trump never pretended to be Ron Paul.

supposed attack that makes no sense and comes with convenient timing
so lets launch missiles without any proof or confirmation from a credible source

regime change in syria still is number 1 priority for some people, it seems, or this wouldnt be happening

If US intelligence said it was committed by Assad's forces, that's the narrative the administration is running with. I don't know why Assad would do that, it doesn't make sense to me either, but I trust French and American intelligence far more than the Russians and Syrians.

Number 1 priority for whom? The administration has been unclear about whether Assad must go, they haven't been actively involved in negotiating the political future of Syria, and Trump made clear before this chemical attack that he wants to get out asap. The U.S. isn't going to overthrow Assad, but I'm not sure how Assad stays in charge long-term after the war is finally over.
