He goes on to say, paraphrasing, "...they say we lost by 11,779 votes.." In the context of what he was talking about just prior to that, hes essentially saying "they say we lost by 11,779 votes even though we've counted 10s of thousands of fraudulent votes so far."

When Trump said "find me 12k votes" hes being sarcastic due to what I just explained above. The media did what the media does every single time they push out any article: cut a small snippet of something that was said then develop a fictional narrative around it. Trump did say find me 12k votes but pay attention to what Trump actually meant compared to how MSM tells a story around it. Total deception.
