I had a feeling this was gonna happen. His previous "all out ban" didn't fly, and it seems he is going to go with the "military won't pay for a sex change" now.
Already the military won't pay for ANY elective surgery, for anyone.
It didn't seem fair that sex change operations would be allowed.

Seems to put the dx of gender dysphoria to the same status as other mood disorders. If bipolar affective disorder and major depressive disorder are limited I can see the clinical rationale.

What is alarming is that gender dysphoria isn't a transgender w exclusive or universally experienced among the population. Just stay away from psychiatrist and you will be safe from diagnosis lol.
