Can't speak for excellence, no idea what his intentions are. But I do occasionally find the humor in his posts. When its warranted of course. I guess it stems from the current oversensitive environment?

Problem isn't reporters, it's the bunch of tumors calling themselves "posters" while the only they do is personal attacks and meme deflection.
I have no idea why they act like that, maybe ugly irl, or dramatically bad parents...

Not everyone loves being an edgelord or can be bothered arguing with 14 year olds who are only interested in trying to make people mad.
I have no one blocked but i scroll past certain usernames who i know will contribute nothing of value to the conversation.
Why do people think everyone is obligated to read their nonsense?
I am not "offended" by these boring shit posters, i simply find nothing of value in their rambling nonsense, so i choose not to read it, is that some kind of crime now?

No. They want to hardline socialism with the government controlling everything run by a politburo. That requires overthrowing democracy. To achieve that, they subvert everything in order to make people feel democracy is broken and the only answer is destroying the constitution. Cops without guns being unable to keep you safe is one small part of the effort to make you think the system is broken.

If they ever install hardline socialism, sure the cops will have guns again because they no longer need to create nonsensical laws. They know cops with guns make sense. They just say otherwise to try to troll everyone.
