She didn't say she could see Russia from her backyard (a classic mistake typically made by the misinformed left) and it is true that you can see Russia from certain places in Alaska.
You should try getting your news from sources other than the skits of left wing comedians.

since sarah and you are intellectually about the same level, it's no surprise that being able to see russia from alaska as an answer to what insight into russian actions she had, seems to be a perfectly fine answer to you.
