You do realize miscarriages are extremely common and don't just happen because a woman took drugs or alcohol?

thats probably the situation in which they were charged though.

Involuntary manslaughter has a very short requirement for guilt. The police just need to be able to say "you should have known better" and they pretty much have a case.

Yes. That's why that idea and whole chain of logic is absurd.

The idea that abortion is murder is a very slippery slope of logic.

You are really sloppy with your wording. Here's the argument you are trying to make properly framed:

If abortion is murder, a miscarriage caused by recklessness by the mother is involuntary manslaughter.

Clearly you can't understand the nuances.

As I said, for you to make that post and then disavow any specific intention is disingenuous.

Did you miss my post where I explained that Christians are below average in crime rate? That the reason atheists commit less crime than Christians is because they commit less crime than everyone, not that Christians commit more crime than average? I literally couldn't have been implying a causative relationship between Christianity and crime because there isn't even a statistical one.

The only reason I even posted is because a bunch of posters were disagreeing due to a misunderstanding, and I saw exactly what the misunderstanding was so I wanted to clear it up. I would never have even mentioned the statistic if it weren't for me trying to clear up a misunderstanding.

And that's on top of nobody here having any reason to think I would ever be dishonest here. I've repeatedly shown myself to be sincere and honest. I'll gladly forget your error with an apology.

I wouldn't be surprised that some of the correlation with Christianity and prisoners could be Christian outreach in prisons, and also it probably looks good at a parole hearing. I know someone who became(at least for a year or so) a Mormon to help with their child custody case.

involuntary manslaughter is when you plunge a knife into someone because you have a problem with your emotions.

Comparing it to a miscarriage because of reckless behavior is just a desperate attempt to bring back the Inquisition and burning witches at the stake.

Right, which is why it was totally absurd when Republicans in Utah, Georgia, and Indiana tried to make that exact comparison over recent years.
