Im still at a loss how people working a lazy ass job expect to get living wage from a retail giant. Get a better job and stop bitching that youre getting paid like a 14 year old when you have the responsibilities of a 14 year old. Seriously the only difference between a 14 year old and 40 year old cashier is one can scan alcohol and the other has to walky talky someone over to do it for them. Retail managers do all of the paperwork and drawer counting and a responsible for most retail theft protection when there is no hired security team. (managers by the way are paid extremely well at walmart, 92k a year.)

well Hell yeah just go get a better job walk down the street to one of the local retail stores that has been put out of business because of Walmarts predatory pricing policy. What's the matter people? Why don't they just go get a $25.00 @hour job and quit that silly walmart. I mean come on.

This seems vaguely important.

Im not telling people to go be ceos. but if you stay employed at walmart for an extended period of time you have missed the point of resume building and bettering your education.

I took all loans and worked through undergrad and there was ALOT of age 30-50 people in my classes who worked full time and had chunks of bachelors left.

If walmart is your end game society has failed you or you have failed with a terrible choice. That leaves all the room in the world for it not to be your fault, im first in line to educate people about bettering themselves but I don't like to see them crawl for scraps and then try to convince others theres no reason to continually work to improve themselves.
