Georgia law mandates that signature matching is done TWICE. Once before an absentee ballot is even sent, and once again when said ballot is received.

secret ballot..."
https://law.justia.com/constitution/georgia/conart2.htmlThus, once the signature verification is complete, the ballot is separated from the signature envelope, and there is no match of a specific ballot to a specific voter (upholds the secret ballot part of their constitution). Now, they can and do keep the signature verifications separate, and these can be used to audit the number of absentee ballots received against the number of absentee ballots counted. But since there's no way to tie them together after the fact, under Georgia law, there's no way to do what Propaganda Barbie suggests. The ballots were double-verified, with online requests matching state ID and date of birth. There are no "illegal ballots" to separate. The recount is done. Pending certification, Trump lost. AGAIN.
