Biden didn’t ever have the right to control the documents he had in the first place. Trump did. The argument ends there, really. Like I said before, all Biden has to do is say that they’re declassified since he’s the president now and this problem goes away for him, even given the fact he shouldn’t have had possession of the documents while he was VP. But no, they’re hell bent on getting trump on something so they can’t say they’re now declassified or else it would be pointless to try an go after trump for the same type of thing. Guess looking like a fucking retard is the choice Biden’s handlers have made for him.
