I never said it's not the tranny's decision to disclose it. I am just saying that it's conceivable how the other party might feel deceived or at least misled. Usually when people see someone who appears like a woman, they assume that she is a woman. Trannies have ruined this.
I might need to take your word for it cause you have a background in science. However I had always thought gender dysphoria roughly meant people's idea of their gender does not match up with their actual sex.
and if that person resorts to violence when they learn the other person is trans they are a piece of shit.
Mental illness happens when your mental state makes it difficult to live your life in the environment you find yourself in.
Let's say you are trans, and you want to transition, but you know your family will disown you and so you don't transition. The stress and negative feelings from the incongruity between your mental state and your environment is what we call gender dysphoria.
Now let's say you're trans and you come out to your family and they say "okay, that's fine. We still love you, because you're our child". You do not develop the associated stress, transition smoothly, and live your life without significant disruption. In that case, you do not have gender dysphoria.
If your mental state does not cause you issues, you do not have a mental illness. Sometimes your mental state will cause you issues no matter what, such as if you are suicidal, but a lot of illnesses only manifest because of the mismatch between environment and mental state, such as gender dysphoria.

This is also true, and in the end it leads to a lot of complications towards the straight male who might have wanted a normal relationship that might lead to a natural family unit.
This is why communication and trust is important when building a relationship.
