Roughly 90% of Canadians are vaccinated. At what point does the government reasonably accept this as a victory?

This stopped being about public health many months ago, nowadays, insisting on universal vaccinations is about nothing but obedience.

They're never going to achieve 100% compliance. The VAST majority of the population is protected to some extent - this is especially true when you consider that a good proportion of the remaining 10% has probably been infected and recovered - so why must the government ratchet up the pressures on the remaining unvaccinated population?

Oh yeah I completely agree with you. It’s complete horseshit how they are continuing to believe they can get the final 10% after they’ve resisted this long.

It would be better if they just refused service to those who weren’t vaxxed and stop punishing the rest of society for it
