Since you want to push your silly, elementary talking point, let's point out the stupid, shall we? I mean, it's a waste of time, overall. So, first, this isn't a "dog whistle" in a literal sense, because it's literally NOT a dog whistle. That covers points one and two. Point three is covered in the sense that all adults in the US understand what "Let's Go Brandon" means. We all know exactly what it represents. It represents "Fuck Joe Biden" plus a sloppy attempt at the media to cover up that fact. So it's an insult to Joe Biden with the added gimme of the media are a bunch of lying shitbags. See? Now, you want to indicate that people don't know? Find me an American who doesn't know. It's been covered extensively via all media left and right, alt media, etc. Outside of children, most of whom are smart enough to have figured it out anyhow above the age of 7, everyone is familiar. They may have differing opinions, but that doesn't really matter to your point. What DOES matter is that now, rather than having children at sporting events hearing "FUCK JOE BIDEN!" you now have "LET'S GO BRANDON" in order to keep them shielded from the vulgarity.
And to act as though there are 8 billion on the planet therefore a mere 1 billion is nothing? Is frankly the dumbest, most elementary "comeback" ever thought of by any mental midget on this site. There are only 350 million people, men, women, and children, in the US. A billion people means this has turned into a GLOBAL phenomenon, which it clearly has. And the fact that the phrase has been taken up by nations that have no stake whatsoever shows exactly how "loved" both Biden and the media are.

Communism is pure authoritarianism. The Soviet Union, Cuba, etc. are not the exception, they're the rule. Somebody has to manage where shit goes. Every attempt at communism results in dictatorship.
