Not watching the news and being blind really. They each have their own narrative being pushed. If one must try to know what is going on, one would need to watch the news from multiple sources, looking for inconsistencies.

That is a difficult question to answer. Most who were consistently genuine have been silenced via deplatforming, coercion or died from unusual circumstances.

For the most part you will have to do your own homework. Get on wiki, follow the money and political/corporate leaders backgrounds.
