This is the first big one when I googled "America university speaker ban".

This is just another example of the right weaponizing American values now that they're not the ones getting to bully people.

1963... I mean... we all agree that the people in power in the pre-civil rights South were intolerant, bigoted, racist assholes.
Do you have examples from this millennium?

Oh, and in America if you're a private university you can file a request for exemption that allows you to discriminate against your students on the basis of sex and sexual orientation and still receive federal funds. There are an absolute shit load of universities in the United States that receive federal funds as private universities but still discriminate based on sexual orientation, gender, marital status, and pregnancy outside of marriage.

I guess most of these exemptions are granted on the basis of religious freedom and benefit Christian universities?

Same situation here in Germany, where Church-affiliated employers are exempt from the federal minimum wage and are allowed to discriminate based on gender or marital status of their employees. I'm 100% against these privileges and in favor of a laicist state.

hey that was the year before progressive lefty democratic party champion Robert Byrd (who was in the kkk and later mentored hillary clinton and joe biden) tried to ensure the survival of the democratic party concept of legal segregation and separate but equal. he attempted to filibuster and stop (fortunately it didnt work) the legislation which became The Civil Rights Act of 1964.

fortunately the conservative/republican (not RINOs) belief in life, freedom and liberty (rights given to us by our creator) pervailed over the lefty progressive belief that government can restrict all of our rights “for the good of the people”

Which is funny because the roles are reversed now. Byrd remained contrite until his last breath on earth. Hillary's husband was heralded as the first black president by many, and Obama awarded Biden with the presidential Medal of Freedom. There's a growing number of Republicans who are at odds the Civil Rights Act and the Immigration Act of 1965 because if it weren't for said laws, Whites would still be the predominant majority, and there would be no CRT, BLM, 13/50, voter ID, Dr. Seuss, etc to derive faux out/white rage from. Oh well - these things happen.

Byrd remained a segregationist until his last breath. You can see his legacy in the “black superpredators” crime bill - pushed and written by his protégés hillary and biden

tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of minority families permanently separated because of this lefty democratic party’s progressive politics.

rest of your rant is just bizarre, budgeting. “obama gave his vp the medal of freedom”. “waaah i think minorities are incapable of taking care of themselves”. “waaah segregation needs to return and we need to teach in in schools”. where the hell do you come with this stuff

I'm not the one who judges people's actions from decades ago and cling onto said actions because he can't come to terms with what his party has become.

which party is that, budgeting? think you’re confused again

check it - the actions done decades ago still were affecting minority families in America. of course you dont care about people like that though.

no meaningful legislation was crafted and signed into law until the First Step Act in 2018. now that was bipartisan (as it should have been) but pray tell why didnt the champions of the progressive lefty democratic party that you hailed in your post do anything before then?

bold: and sure you do, which is why you want the ‘benefits’ of racism, segregation and “separate but equal” taught in public schools, due to being upset at good Americans passing legislation aimed at ending this democratic party institutional policy in 1964

Lol, you can mindread them all you want, but even Biden regrets pushing for the bill. I acknowledge that the First Step Act was one of the few good deeds the orange man did during his reign, but there were a dozen of Republicans who opposed it ,whereas all the Democrats voted for it. As for why Democrats having taken the mantle of police reform, it baffles me as well, but I'm sure Biden will prove you wrong and make your cheeks flow with tears in due time.

Also, if you categorically believe that I'm Budgeting, why don't you ask a mod to verify our IP's on all our posts. ;) We can wager on that and the fact that you refuse to believe I'm Black. Don't move the goalposts this time.

biden regrets what he wrote yeah sure, it’s probably the only thing he “wrote” (just ask him!!!) that he didnt lift from someone else. all his successful policies so far were lifted directly from the Trump administration’s playbook (per Bloomberg and other mainstream media sources)

https://www.bloombergquint.com/amp/politics/biden-covid-team-derides-trump-plan-while-borrowing-its-playbook

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2020/07/23/joe_bidens_plagiarism_problem_143788.amp.html

yeah biden probably will claim that fool chauvin getting 20+ years (which i am glad the sentence is that long) is an example of his very own original “criminal justice reform” and the media will run with it

i dont need to place belief in something thats already proven. you had a convo with yourself here and forgot which vpn you were on, and replied to yourself instead of the other account. you also dont care about politicians and legislation that destroyed minority families. we all seen it lmfao.

Lol, I misquoted someone and probably many others because I use a phone 90% of the time so the small screen is cut in half when the keyboard pops up, and you use that to make apocryphal claims that I have a multi. Personally, you calling me Budgeting is a compliment, but it it implies that I would ever make a multi on a dead forum, which is slanderous. At the end of the day, I'm not surprised since the GOP is slowly becoming to GQP, so in your case, reason is thrown out of the window. Let's see if the manufactured outrage will help you out in 2022/2024.

I just checked and Budgeting made his account in 2019, and prior to November 2020, I hadn't posted once or even remembered about jsp for 4 years. Anyway, I'm not even surprised that a patriots.win avid reader would spread lies based on nonsense and implicitly dodge when confronted. :)
