cant blame their sentiment, vast majority of the males in my peer group (late 20s/early 30s) is a fully grown person with a mountain of debt, poor style/work ethic/health habits, lots of debt, and the mind of peter pan. but why grow up when you're told the world's faults are due to an adult version of yourself? and who raised this segment of society again?

maybe a shift to a co-parenting households due to increased remote working will help future generations

but yeah long-term debt used for assets that yield little return or utilization is standard practice in society and has been for a long time
