I was talking in generalities when I said endearing not specifically about how I feel.

Fact is he won because he went against the political grain in 2016. In 2020 I see what he said trending all over and many people in my life personally bringing this up who barely follow politics because once again he's going against the political grain and people are loving it.

Fuck McConnel and Pelosi. My favorite thing about AOC is that she shits all over Nancy every opportunity.

Especially fuck Rand Paul for being against the government and business sharing its wealth with its citizens.

It's crazy how many people depend on those Stimulus check. Make you realize how many people depend on the government and why you see everyone chasing that money and willing to give everything for that money including their vote, their praise and everything.

It make you understand why you see so many people on pARD and many online communities talk out of their asses like they know it all or they're the best irl then when come the stimulus check, they are first in line ready to kiss feet because they need that $ to survive. Life man... People got comfy too much online acting like they're the shit and forgot that online =/= irl.

Trump was a billionaire donating money to swamp demons before he ran for president.

You're dumb as hell if you think Trump wasn't the swamp before he got into politics. A billionaire paying politicians in donations to attend his wedding and get favorable legislation is the definition of the swamp. Then he filled his cabinet with swamp creatures, sold arms across the world, and increased the drone campaign 4 fold while you guys sucked him off for bucking the political establishment.

Swamp refers to career politicians who are largely insulated from everyone else. You expanding the definition to squeeze in people you don't like is just that not reality. Rich people are not part of the political swamp the term was meant for.

We've been through this already and I already posted video of Trump explicitly calling rich donors part of the swamp. I don't feel like digging it up for like the third time.

What do drone attacks have to do with "The Swamp"?

The Swamp refers to an unelected bureaucracy that has gained more and more power to regulate private property and businesses while being unanswerable to the public and held to a different standard of law.

In effect, 50 years worth of officials in the Executive branch have been working overtime to take more power, wealth, and land from taxpayers with zero accountably or compensation. Those officials were in the pockets of everyone from corporations to elected politicians to intelligence agencies, and had no desire or reason to do anything that would benefit anyone but themselves. People like Comey were perfect examples of the Swamp in action. Likewise, people from the EPA being issued firearms and not held to account for violation of state and federal laws.

It's easy to start talking about people like McConnel as the swamp, or Pelosi, simply because you don't like them. But they aren't. They aren't part of the executive branch, they aren't appointed, and at the end of the day, they're still answerable to their constituents. Piss enough of their voters off, and they can be kicked out in short order. The swamp requires direct executive action to fire, and the promise to start firing them has still only been partially kept, and even if there was quite a lot of obstruction, that doesn't matter. Granted, Biden's looking at bringing many of the ex-swamp right back in, so I mean, we're back to business as usual in another month.

It's not a formal definition but 9/10 people understand what the reference is pertaining to. Seems like you're the only one that missed the boat or like I said are just expanding the definition to fit in people you don't like.



It's specifically referencing politicians, predominantly in Washington DC ones that have been there for a long time.
