You're using tautology though and other arguments are much more compelling, such as textual legal interpretation and historical based arguments.

They aren't more compelling than the words of the man who wrote both the amendment and the law it was based on. Original intent is higher than legal misinterpretation.

It does not explicitly say that anywhere. You posted a paragraph full of tautologies about jurisdiction that was a mess.

Taking the words of the laws literally is a viable way to read it, regardless of jabs.

You have not quoted the founding fathers saying that this does not apply to the children of people who came here illegally. They are quoted stating otherwise.

If the child is born in America it has to be under the jurisdiction of the state. Infact how could you imprison illegals if they were under a foreign (different) jurisdiction to begin with?

Btw in almost any of not all countries an illegal immigrant that needs to get hospitalized will be, Then later is send back into his/her country, depending of disease and how he/she will be treated.
