Not just the Immi courts. How many times have we heard 9th District court of SF is trying yet another case against Trump. The bad part is...they aren't tossing the cases out of court....they are just turning a blind eye... This lets the case ride the appeal system, sometimes up to the SC, where it usually get tossed.

The cases should never have been brought, they judges should have tossed them out. But that doesn't suit the left's desires. They pretty much want to bog down the entire Trump presidency.

Take the latest case... the citizenship question on the 2020 census... 16 states brought suit for totally BS reasons. The citizenship question will save the fed tons of money they won't have to pay for census counted illegals.
Money top the states for things like healthcare, education infrastructure etc. that gets calculated on the census results. 16 states brought this case. The SC will throw it out, if some appellate court doesn' tdo it sooner.

All of this crap just wastes taxpayers mo0ney while the left blames the right for the suits the left brought.
