Welp, there it is. Didn't take long.

From Dana Loesch, spokesperson for the NRA.

I mean, not the worst thing I've heard.

"He could have shot her first since she illegally entered his apartment" is definitely better than the alternative...

doesn't that make it all the more important to push the "wait 4 the facts" narrative whenever possible?

seems to me that the general public seems to struggle with the concept of the burden of proof being on the prosecution

I don't think its important to push anything whenever possible. I think how much we need to wait for the facts is a sliding scale based on how many facts are apparent.

I think the only thing important to push in all cases is the ability to change one's mind when presented with contradictory evidence. Not the ability to reserve judgement, that's for fools and liars. we all judge, right away, its human. the ability to change your mind is the important part.

The ability to change your mind is necessary. The ability to reserve judgement is just as important.

I've yet to see you change your mind after evidence was presented on anything here

police brutality cases, your incorrect statements about undocumented immigrants, clinton, democrats, specific cases, general views

What have you changed on after evidence or facts were presented?

kind of a silly question I guess because when it's presented you just come up with an excuse why the legitimate source is something you choose to not believe

I'm one compliment about Trump or derogatory comment about black/brown people away from being on your good side old timer

wait, so you are saying that if cops enter my house illegally (searching without a warrant) I am within my rights to shoot them?

Funeral today

Family wants her to come clean and tell what actually happened

some around want murder charges which I don't think we've seen the evidence for publicly but it's definitely not going in he favor as more comes out

weird case it seems to be more than an accident but haven't seen the public links to show much more than that yet

that tox report probably holds the missing link but first responders say she didn't appear to be on anything (for what that's worth)

if they really didn't know each other or have any neighbor history and she comes back clean idk what it could realistically be but my guess is they will get her to come clean pretty soon

Rather they go for manslaughter maximum sentence, than murder and risk her getting off.

the ability to reserve judgement is a myth. the ability to not vocalize your judgement is real. no one actually reserves judgement. at all. its a joke of a lie to reserve the moral high ground used by both sides.

"gun and drugs found on the black man that was shot" = he did something worth getting shot, to one side.

"black unarmed man shot" = he didn't need to be shot, to the other.

there is no reservation of judgement, and if you claim you're doing it you're only doing it in one of the above listed cases.
