Even if a high or low level did actually leak all this...it doesn't necessarily mean it's true. There ARE these things called... lies.
Like the Omarosa fiasco with her many, many more tapes.
goalposts moving again:
>it's on op ed LOL, obviously fake news/made up by NYT
>okay, it was a real west wing official/staffer, but it's completely made up/all lies

its a really slippery slope though. its probably a good thing if aides and senior officials prevent a (politically) inexperienced and impulsive president from making horrible decisions. but on the other hand, he has the mandate from the people who elected him into the office, and he is the one who should usually make the final decision. if his staffers intervene all the time and/or in "borderline cases", that's really undermining democracy and thus a very bad thing. if they intervene at all, they should only do it in clear-cut cases.
edit: fixed two typos...
you just contradicted yourself in your own post essentially, it sounds like you're undecided, which if I were a die hard republican, I too would be conflicted.
However, I meant to ask, do you really think if the campaign were on popular vote and not Electoral college, that Trump would have a chance of winning? Hillary won by 3 million, not by 300,000... 3,000,000 is a lot of people.... I don't actually believe you think Trump would've won the popular vote in any circumstance.
