Okay, if you pass me on the street and you're smoking, it's not gonna hurt anyone most likely. Now in a public building it can hurt people. Outside should be allowed, but not in public buildings. But I'm pretty anti-smoking to start with.

I went to buy movie tickets, and the whole time the guy infront of me was smoking, and at least 6 clouds of smoke came my way and i was forced to breathe it in...

It should be allowed in your own private area, not in places where people commute to everyday.

Okay, in a packed area outside a Movie Theater it shouldn't be allowed, but if they are walking down the street in lets say, Down town Chicago, it most likely isn't going to hurt you. The chance of dieing from that is probably really low.

I went to buy a pack of cigs and had to wait to cross the street . 6 cars went by and I had to breathe in their exhaust . Driving should only be allowed in your own private area .

Did the exaust smoke go directly in your face?

Were you chillin on the street when they drove by?

Does exaust smoke have over 4000 chemicals, one of them being nicotine?

Of course your not going to die from it, but why should our bodies suffer for another ones pleasure?

While I agree with you, we have to compromise to a point. Forcing your Opinion straight on at the very start doesn't help anyone. Compromising helps the best, cause least it gets us SOMEWHERE, and that's better than NO WHERE.

You shouldn't get Pleasure from that unless you are one of two things(or both):
1. A dick.
2. A really fucked up sadist who is into some kinky shit.
