nothing will teach them anything, most if not all of them are the way they are because they were molested as children. its as normal to them as anything children are taught.

but their inability to learn is not an absolving of guilt nor a reason not to jail them for crimes.

You need to stop them from procreating AKA sexually abusing kids.
