only a trump cultist would consider an accurate description of their emperor as 'rage', lol.
you write fanfiction and rationalisations, and i describe and evaluate his character and policies.

real butthurt is following someone around for years just to insult them - and you know that. if that kid didn't happen to support the same authoritarian bigot as you do, you'd probably call him out for how pathetic that is.

Like shit posting on Trump 24/7 for 4 years?

lol the funny thing is that user pms people a list of rageful demands when he gets intellectually bamboozled (which is frequently). then he blamed users and the mods for him posting his own fetish material which was against the rules. he can’t help himself

i think you're making some damn fucking good points there, but imo it'd still be better if biden won - at least for the rest of the world. let americans suffer for eternity, who really cares? climate change is by far the biggest immediate threat facing humankind, and we're long past the point of no return on multiple core problems related to it, so the best we can do now is try to keep the damage as small as possible - and for that, every month counts.

i mean, i'd love to witness another 4 years of this shitshow, seeing america's right wing goose stepping to the tune of an unhinged, syphilis riddled narcissist with authoritarian ambitions, losing their loved ones for celebrating their ultimate freedom™ by rejecting to put on a cloth mask during a deadly pandemic - but again, there are bigger fish to fry, america isn't the center of the world.

a biden win would also be entertaining in a way, with all the 'centrist' and 'moderate' establishment shills trying to sell him doing the bidding of his corporate owners as some kind of 'progressive' advance. they really haven't learned a thing from 8 years of obama, lol.

one thing is certain though: what america DESERVES is another four years of trump. never has a president embodied what the rest of the world thinks about a country more accurately than this corrupt, incompetent, jingoistic, obtuse, braggadocious, lazy, fat, bumbling dotard...

Authoritarian, nationalist populism being reaffirmed here in the states could have some serious ramifications for Western democracies in general.

I'm as contemptuous of the American voters as anyone... I don't blame you for feeling the same way. If America re-elects this guy I don't think it's hyperbolic to say our democracy will be in serious danger.

>If a populace democratically elects a leader then democracy will be in danger.

Some next level logic.

We're fine, and we'll be fine if Trump wins again. You need to stop being so hyper focused on politics. The president has very little impact on the day to day life of the average person. Your governor and state legislatures have way more impact on real tangible things in your life.

he voted straight-ticket democrat across the board for like 3-4 elections in a row now, can’t dilute the message and actually hold them accountable.

Would it really be a strong affirmation of Trump and the ideology he stands for if he wins reelection by the skin of his teeth, most likely while losing the popular vote again? (Because as things stand right now, every realistic reelection scenario for Trump is very close and tight.)

And keep in mind that demand for a nationalist and/or populist flavor of politics didnt originate from the US after Trump's election - his victory was rather the culmination of an (at the time) ongoing wave of success for so-called "right-wing populists" than its starting point. In many ways, it seems as if Trump's unique flaws and deficiencies have hurt right-wing populists in other Western countries by acting as a deterrent.

I watched the clip... nothing about "wear and tear" on the candidate. So unless it's somewhere else on CNN, you reposted a fundamentally dishonest tweet. Do better troll.

Putting aside the reality that America's system for electing a president is undemocratic to a certain extent... countries can elect leaders who are fundamentally damaging to their democracies. If enough Americans in the right states vote Trump, they are choosing decline. They don't see it that way, but it is what it is.

Telling someone to not be hyperfocused on politics on a political discussion forum is pretty hilarious though.

can't disagree with any of that, trump's election has given right wing populists around the world a significant boost.
