Do you have a forum disability that makes it impossible for you to actually quote the entirety of what I said?

no. i already did that up further on the page. the whole post got the response it deserved, then u asked me to pick a specific thing. so i chose your most glaring error, then you got confused about who and what was disagreeing with who and what. and here we are.

Three sources say, though, Mulvaney, the new CFPB chief, has not ordered subpoenas against Equifax or sought sworn testimony from executives, routine steps when launching a full-scale probe. Meanwhile the CFPB has shelved plans for on-the-ground tests of how Equifax protects data, an idea backed by Cordray.

The CFPB also recently rebuffed bank regulators at the Federal Reserve, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency when they offered to help with on-site exams of credit bureaus, said two sources familiar with the matter.

In some unsurprising news that has fallen off the radar, the CFPB's investigation into equifax has essentially been shelved.
Nearly half a year and nothing to show for it. With almost half of the country's financial information exposed, they still haven't done anything.
Under Cordray, the CFPB and FTC agreed to work together, but so far there has only been one subpoena by the FTC.
Now under Mulvaney, the investigation is going no where. Not that I'm expecting much since the last time Equifax did something naughty they were given a small fine and a slap on the wrist.

In other news, in a moment of sanity, the supreme court ruled against republicans (specifically conservative Justice Samuel Alito) in the gerrymandering of Pennsylvania. Senate president Joseph Scarnati (R) said he would not comply, let's see if he'll cave or get charged with contempt.

Why don't you point them out. Oh that's right, you can't. Not surprised.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Nearly three out of four Republicans believe the FBI and Justice Department are trying to undermine U.S. President Donald Trump, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released on Monday, a sharp turn for a party that has historically backed law enforcement agencies.

House committee seen voting to release Democrats Russia memo

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trump-russia/house-committee-seen-voting-to-release-democrats-russia-memo-idUSKBN1FP1P6

The Republican memo accused senior Federal Bureau of Investigation and Justice Department officials of not revealing that portions of a dossier used in seeking a court warrant to eavesdrop on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page were partly paid for by Democrats.

Committee Democrats said the four-page memo was intended to undermine Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s criminal probe into possible collusion between Moscow and the Trump campaign.

I love how the Dems didn't even deny what the Reps memo claimed. They just accused Trump of wanting to use the memo to halt the investigation into possible collusion.

Yeah. Not that I suppose it'd make that much of a difference. I spend more time in GC than PaRD these days. I guess it's better than hearing what a memeing Trumpet has to say.

So everyone has heard over and over again about how shady Page is because there was a fisa warrant out for him in 2013.......

This was apparently used in the October 2016 fisa warrant against him, his shady past......

but he worked for the fbi as an undercover agent LOL....

1) 2013 A russian operative tried to recruit an American business man, but really it was carter page working for the FBI.
2) Page bugged the russian operative using a binder full of fake reports about his industry
3) In march of 2016, the russian operative pled guilty to "conspiring to act in the United States as an agent of the Russian Federation, without providing prior notice to the Attorney General."
4) March of 2016, seems familiar, doesn't it? Isn't that when Trump mentioned page in a list of names?
5) Seven months later (October 2016) the FBI told the FISA court that carter page was a suspected russian agent? After he just helped them take down a russian agent?

Page is referred to as UCE-1 https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/evgeny-buryakov-pleads-guilty-manhattan-federal-court-connection-conspiracy-work

The FBI obtained the recordings after Sporyshev attempted to recruit an FBI undercover employee (“UCE-1”), who was posing as an analyst from a New York-based energy company. In response to requests from Sporyshev, UCE-1 provided Sporyshev with binders containing purported industry analysis written by UCE-1 and supporting documentation relating to UCE-1’s reports, as well as covertly placed recording devices. Sporyshev then took the binders to, among other places, the Residentura.

but.. how know it was page? https://www.nytimes.com/2017/04/04/us/politics/carter-page-trump-russia.html

The court case didn't wrap up until april, 2016, so it stands to reason that he was still employed by the FBI up until that point......

funny how fbi "suspected" page was russian agent

FBI planted a guy in the trump campaign so they could later use him as justification to spy on trump and his associates
