they did NOT edit out applause or approval, they did NOT add boos or disapproval, they merely made it possible to hear the crowd's reaction - but ofc the people who only consume right wing propaganda cry foul and suspect conspiracies everywhere.
but hey, giving their viewers a chance to hear what the actual reaction in the audience was hurts their feelings, and since they can't deal with it they just call it "fake". on the other hand, a man trying to systematically delegitimise any critical outlet, while lying like no american president before him, is just "fine". i guess that's how you see the world if you're fully committed to your propaganda's narrative...
