At this point in time, I don't see how Trump is NOT the president come 2020. Russian investigation seems to be a flop, and the incumbent has a huge advantage come election time. The Dems can't get their shit together, and seem to keep going down the rabbit hole of political correctness and socialism which alienates a lot of the moderate base. They're sprinting farther to the left. The only logical (D) I can think of to challenge the orange menace is Biden.

I don't think Trump will be reelected due to merit, but rather a lack of another option. This is the same way he got elected.

I don't DISAGREE with you, but just saying I think something will happen in the meantime and he will endorse a candidate at the end

don't know why I got that feeling, but it's there. we need to be careful/vigilant of Kamala Harris, she is climbing up pretty fast
