got to love it, Trump in full on shake off the alt right mode this week. I'm sure many will just 4d chess it away but on the tail of quite a few flops on campaign promises its got to do a bit of enhanced damage.

WASHINGTON — A senior adviser to Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign who was accused of repeatedly sexually harassing a young subordinate was kept on the campaign at Mrs. Clinton’s request, according to four people familiar with what took place.

Mrs. Clinton’s campaign manager at the time recommended that she fire the adviser, Burns Strider. But Mrs. Clinton did not. Instead, Mr. Strider was docked several weeks of pay and ordered to undergo counseling, and the young woman was moved to a new job.

Mr. Strider, who was Mrs. Clinton’s faith adviser, a co-founder of the American Values Network, and sent the candidate scripture readings every morning for months during the campaign, was hired five years later to lead an independent group that supported Mrs. Clinton’s 2016 candidacy, Correct the Record, which was created by a close Clinton ally, David Brock.

He was fired after several months for workplace issues, including allegations that he harassed a young female aide, according to three people close to Correct the Record’s management.

Mr. Strider did not respond to an email seeking comment.

When is the last time Trump apologized for something? Access Hollywood tape? And before that, never?

The globalists in Davos must have brainwashed him or something.

yup thats how the world works, once you introduce a single person into a large pool of people that entire pool downloads the new person's perspective of life experiences through osmosis and the whole group is then better for it.

try think with a bit more nuance and a bit less buzzword usage.

do you have anything more substantial than snarkiness in store?

do i need to spell out my rather simple point that societal exchange of ideals is a nuanced and complicated subject? as compared to the lightswitch you ask your mother not to flip at night.

i'm sorry your rather unwellthoughtout premise to wrap up with a reverse racism quip didn't land, i truly am.

I was saying at the time when that story was being pushed that Trump had just committed the worst act of his presidency and the first truly objectionable thing he's done, and yet, it was being overshadowed in the media by some other fake news story or hysteria at the time, I don't even remember what it was, I think it might have been the fake news about flynn flipping on Trump, because everyone was so bent out of whack they were chasing russiaburger nonsense instead of hammering Trump for posting that terrible stuff. They've invented such a farcical boogeyman in their characterization of Trump that this actual real wrongs have gotten a free pass. And it was pretty uncharacteristic, he doesn't post stormfront stuff on a daily basis, so he was probably demonstrating dumbassery and/or senility with those retweets, if he actually knew who britain first was, he'd know how stupid it was to retweet them.

there's a reason that democrats are playing up identity politics, hysteria and morality as their tools

Because the Clinton campaign was completely incompetent, you mean? Yes, that is the reason.

Maybe if the campaign had focused on things that actually matter instead of transgender bathrooms, she wouldn't have lost to the worst candidate in history.

How many votes did Hillary win for her economic message of pro-TPP, pro-NAFTA... and... tax credits for tech college or retraining for manufacturing sector workers to go get a job at starbucks?

She flipped on TPP did she not? Perhaps she'd have won otherwise. I know more than a few voters considered it their #1 issue. Of course she stupidly followed Trump after he deceived his millions of drones into thinking it's a terrible deal, saying nothing more than "It's a terrible deal," and never mentioning why. Clinton campaign, always doing what they think is politically expedient, but always being wrong about what's politically expedient.
