Lol.

Maybe you should look into where the Democrats actually stand on policies that affect you economically.

Thats a terrible strategy for democrats seeking to win over the middle class. There's a reason that democrats are playing up identity politics, hysteria and morality as their tools when their platform is against the economic interests of the voters. What message do democrats have to someone who pays taxes, has their money in investments and savings and property, doesn't receive food stamps, isn't an illegal alien, isn't on medicaid or disability, doesn't live in public housing, etc? Republicans since the dawn of man have been winning elections by appealing to the wallet, and it was only Bill Clinton riding the 3rd wave democrats and disaffection with republican macro-economic policies that was able to seize the economic message, something Trump has since reclaimed for his party. How many votes did Hillary win for her economic message of pro-TPP, pro-NAFTA... and... tax credits for tech college or retraining for manufacturing sector workers to go get a job at starbucks?

not if he's qualified and doing a good job. but if he only got the job instead of a more qualified competitor because of his skin color, thats hurting the performance of the office, and it's hurting its atmosphere.

I personally disagree. diversity is NOT a value in its own right. things dont get magically better by forcing diversity.
on the other hand, if a lack of diversity is the result of active discrimination, then ending this discrimination will be a good thing.

But its not the case. The people affected by AA are the least qualified for the job. Lol.

And diversity is important because monothought is not good.

Following a New York Times report where President Donald Trump reportedly ordered special counsel Robert Mueller fired one month after he was chosen to oversee the Russia investigation, Fox News host Sean Hannity came out swinging on his program Thursday night.

"They're trying to change the story," Hannity said, referring to The Times's report. "At this hour, The New York Times is trying to distract you."

"And our sources, and I've checked in with many of them, they're not confirming that tonight," Hannity continued. "And the president's attorney dismissed the story, and says, 'Nope, no comment. We're not going there.' And how many times has The New York Times and others gotten it wrong."

Hannity then opened the floor for commentary from former Trump aide Sebastian Gorka and former Republican Party presidential candidate Herman Cain, both of whom discussed news of the text messages exchanged between FBI agent Peter Strzok and lawyer Lisa Page instead.

Later during the segment, Hannity appeared to concede to The Times's earlier reporting.

"All right, so we have sources tonight just confirming ... that yeah, maybe Donald Trump wanted to fire the special counsel for a conflict," the Fox News host said. "Does he not have the right to raise those questions?"

"You know, we'll deal with this tomorrow night," Hannity said, before discussing a high-speed police chase in Arizona.

are you saying that monothought is automatically removed by increasing the racial or gender diversity of a team? like... if google hires a black or hispanic programmer, do you think that this increases their way of thinking - because a black programmer must be thinking differently from a white or asian one?! same with a female programmer.

if that's what you're saying, thats actually quite racist/sexist!

yup thats how the world works, once you introduce a single person into a large pool of people that entire pool downloads the new person's perspective of life experiences through osmosis and the whole group is then better for it.

try think with a bit more nuance and a bit less buzzword usage.
