It's really a shame that Trump shows no respect at all to his predecessor. He doesn't care whatsoever about maintaining some level of respectability in that office.

I know it's not a political strategy, because his base is with him. He's just unable to even pretend to have good character.

By all accounts, Trump started it. But when given the opportunity to take the high road, be magnanimous and gracious in defeat, Obama played dirty and laid a turd in the oval office
We've already gone on at some length about you wanting to have a dignified and respectable equivocator at the helm, but I'd rather the bad blood is laid bare. And for all your denials, sure sounds like you'd rather he pretended.
I think this is a much healthier rivalry than the daggers through the back, simmering resentment and power struggle that was Obama-Clinton.
