One thing that I do think is a fair point within this post, is the implication about what Israel's response should be in this situation. I would be surprised to hear people in PaRD advocate that inaction is what they would deem appropriate, but remain open to being surprised.
Hamas has hundreds of tunnels, bunkers, defensive underground installations. Israelis going boots on the ground into Gaza to weed them without initial airstrikes would be devastatingly costly. Hamas is also expecting this so they have prepared traps, IED's, have anti-armor weapons.
There is no half measures or light touches, if they take that path, they will end up with 5 figures in dead IDF soldiers.

That's what you have read? You clearly didn't actually read, most are just calling for immediate aid put where possible, bigger time periods for evacuation, maintaining power to hospitals and food supply lines and medical to those hospitals.
Not a single person here has called for inaction I can see.
It's been a week, the gaza strip is 25 miles long. Even kids can walk that in that amount of time and the Jews made it pretty obvious and gave warnings that the bombs are coming into specific places (such as Gaza city)
