President Trump passed his cognitive exam with flying colors and the doctor that did the exam had to sit there for an hour fielding questions from a bunch of #fakenews glugging hack “journalism majors” about medicine and science. As if these media idiots have any idea about a diet beyond subsidized rum and cokes and parliament cigarettes. Everybody ready for the Fake News awards today?

Theres so many legitimately outrageous examples of journalistic malfeasance over the past year, enough to make quite a show of it, yet I'm quite sure Donald's team (sigh, probably mostly Donald micromanaging) will somehow fuck it up anyway

realistically, trump should be #winning #bigly. the #fake news and #alternative facts by the current administration are #unpresidented.

There's definitely examples, although Trump and company have cried wolf so many times on well sourced stories, where often times Trump a day or two later will unintentionally confirm the accuracy, that no one outside the cult takes it seriously anymore(if ever). Luckily his base was already dumb enough to accept Fox News as gospel, so they'll obediently nod along as Trump claims any negative poll on him is fake news.

It's too bad, because it's important to hold journalists to a high standard, but the fake news label isn't about that. It's just a propaganda tool.

the real tragedy is that both camp trump and camp anti-trump are spreading fake news like crazy since 2016. the mainstream media doesnt even try to hide their anti trump bias anymore. and then you wonder why "the stupid hillbillies and alt-right folks who make up trump's base" dont listen to those sources anymore.
