it sounds like a really great plan. it should, however, be noted that the daily signal is a website run by the conservative think tank heritage foundation, which in turn is financed in large part by the mercer family foundation, the biggest donors of trumps campaign.

so... essentially, the article you linked is disguised PR from within trump world. doesnt mean its a bad idea, but i'd be cautious.
