israelis always lack reflection. while people are quick to latch onto narratives that make israel look bad, israelis are quick to dismiss them for the same reason. any time anyone points out misbehavior its either dismissed outright or diminished in importance by israelis, while telling others if they disagree with this assessment its antisemitic.

While I didn’t dismiss anything that he said, just pointed out the absurd of not letting Israel even counter argument against a story which he believes is true because “it’s everywhere “ or “all over the Israeli news outlets” - all that doesn’t stop you from posting something completely irrelevant for the discussion. Even if proven that New York Times fabricated the entire thing, the damage is already done and what this lawsuit is in fact doing is to bring the story back to the spotlights. So if Benjamin Netanyahu goes a way to do it, I thing that there might be something to his claims.
