libertarians in the american context are right-wing and yea, they are anti-war, they're pro gary marriage based on the fact they don't believe the government should have anything to do with marriage. you have a false characterization of what libertarians are
Joe talks about a lot of ideas on his podcast, he doesn't explicitly say he's in favor of them. He said UBI is likely a thing of the future and he voted for Gary Johnson. He leans right on a lot of issues, he even said if he had to use a label to describe himself it would be libertarian.

He is a left libertarian, which is what the movement is supposed to be.
