yes the meat is not healthy because it was cooked in oil. it absorbed a great deal of it. and that oil inside the meat is over-burned!
for the same reason, the sausages are extremely bad. Maybe even crude, had over 50% fat
the cus-cus is just raw calories
the chick-peas are not compatible with the meat. those should be eaten alone, without anything whatsoever, obviously lots of them
