I too am pessimistic that the truckers will accomplish the goal of forcing the Canadian government to change their policies.

However, it does accomplish other things of benefit.

1. Scaring the ever-living fuck out of that pussy Trudeau along with his political supporters

2. Sending a message to the elites that there are a large number of individuals that will not give in to tyranny, thus their tactics are doomed to fail

3. Sending another message to these elites that their policies are failing dramatically and will not be accepted by a large part of society no matter how tyrannical they decide to get

That's still something.

In response, they will get even more tyrannical and even more draconian. However, this will only backfire and accelerate the process of awakening the masses.

Tough times to be an elite. They're stuck in quicksand with no way out. Everything they do only makes them sink faster. Of-course, they *could* try to be less obvious with their fascist tendencies and admit their policies are stupid to lessen the rage of the people, but their ego's are far too large for that.

You're lucky you're not Americans or you would be getting that Imperial Boomerang. Canadian govts haven't developed the tools of oppression in smaller countries like american governments have. Once they develop those they can use them in their own populations
