So this is actually the most direct link of Hillary spying on Trump revealed yet, right?
With the Steele Dossier story, it was Hillary's operatives trying to dredge up dirt on Trump via Kremlin sources, which could be argued as collusion with Russia but was not spying on Trump. It was dirty tricks, and passing it off to the FBI with lies was illegal, but it wasn't spying. The Crossfire Hurricane and unmasking stories, while exposing that Trump was spied upon directly and even his cabinet targeted in hilariously dumb sting operations, was done by outsourcing Hillary's dirty work to the DoJ/FBI. It was government officials who held either political sympathies or their own political self-interest that spied on Trump, not Hillary or her operatives. So again, it wasn't Hillary actually spying on Trump. You can't really distinguish between "biased political actors in the FBI leaking Trump info to suit their own whims" from "conspiring with Clinton to sanitize her spying on Trump by using the FBI to do it". From the start of the McCabe/Comey/Strzok saga, you can't disentangle motives or establish collusion, you can only show the systemic corruption and bad faith actors at the FBI clearly violating both the law and their professional obligations. Like Clinton's black box foundation, you can't put her fingerprints on it.
This story, however, is actually Hillary spying on Trump. Her operatives hacked his internet connection at a DNS level and reported it back to Hillary and tried to spin it into a Russiaburger storyline to no avail, even trying to pass it off to the FBI to drum up more investigations like they did with the Steele Dossier. And notably, they kept spying on him after he took the White House, meaning they were directly spying on the sitting President of the United States of America.
Granted there's only so far DNS monitoring can get you. You can't read the contents, and assuming anyone was using encryption without a backdoor as we'd hope all normal protocols are, it was little more than reading the addresses on letters in someone's mailbox without opening them.
But its clearly hacking someone to spy on them, and the same DoJ that is trying to prosecute Julian Assange for merely stating that he would try to find someone to guess passwords to an encrypted file Bradley Manning gave him, can't pretend its not illegal access to a secure computer network when Rodney Joffe gave Hillary's campaign direct access to secure EOP servers to spy on DNS lookups made by the White House, Trump Tower and Trump's apartment.
