no, your misinterpretation of what you find makes you THINK water is in it. you have yet to show a source explicitly saying water is in it.
your own video that you posted shows that:
even if it doesnt block it completely, it keeps it closer to you instead of propelling it everywhere. look at how the vape smoke goes through the mask, it stays near his head. even the video you posted as proof against masks shows that its better to wear a mask than not to, even though its not perfect.

(i did just that a while back, that you insist of keeping this moot argument alive just tells me you dont really have any thing.
and I will repost this

what can i say????? info i find says water is in it. its a moot point any way and a weak excuse to avoid the obvious. what ever the vapor consists of it passes right through the mask and that makes the mask questionable as a virus barrier. that is if a reasonable thinks about it.
mask n95 which is supposed to be the "best" has pore size of 0.3 micron.
of coronary viruses are spherical particles between 0.06 micron and 0.14 micron in diameter, averaging about 0.125 micron

(ya keeps all the toxins next to your face. what a brilliant idea for a virus that has a 99.9 something survival rate.
