I had 1.2 million in real estate when i sold my first bitcoin, i bought into real estate as soon as i started pulling a decent wage and i levered them off against each other with negative gearing.
Thats how i emulated the boomers.
And there was no luck involved with btc, anyone who understood the technology knew it would rise, some people just had the capital free to get a strong start.
Several posters here on jsp were raving about how btc would become huge when it was $12 a coin.

So void is correct. Millennials do have it easier.

/e As for BTC...the "knew it would rise" is BS. Out of all the 100's of coins out there, about 5 of them rose...the rest are pretty useless.

No, they do not, the vast majority of millenials were not going to be making $160,000 a year in the australian mining industry working 5 days on 4 days off as a fifo worker and having huge expendable income because half their costs were covered by the company.

Btc was the original and most well known, it had brand recognition.

Yeah, you're probably right... all those instant millionaires with a desired internet idea, must be my imagination. Talk about low overhead.

/e There was/is no way to KNOW BTC would do good. It has no product to watch, like say a stock would.

I knew, lots of other people knew, once it took off there was no stopping it, it was always going to gain momentum until other variables came into play, once hedge funds and investment bankers became involved there was a wild card, which was why i sold up.

BTC was crap almost twice as long as it's been worth anything... there was no way to KNOW.

/e What great occurrence took place in Dec 2017, that anyone could see coming?

Is your point that millennials have more opportunity because a couple got rich off bitcoin?
