The disenfranchised are missing out.
It should be the responsibility of the Government to provide said Identification if it will be required for voting if an individual does not already have one. Since Every Legal voter has an SSA it should be easy enough to get this done and until it is, the ID requirement should not be mandated. The burden should not be shouldered solely on the individual to exercise their voting right. IMO
