The exercises mean nothing. The 28,000 troops and the anti-ballistic missile emplacements, mean a great deal.

All Trump "promised" was IF he sees progress towards de-nuking, he wouldn't do exercises.

so china is "happy" with a summit that's nonspecific, and even if they were upset they'd say they were happy. do you agree with that? or do you think that the chinese would make it public they were unhappy with a denuclearization deal?
