joking aside, the real solution here is distance learning

Instead of large school buildings for K-12, parents just drop their kids off at a handpicked 'daycare facility' which plugs them into the video chat network for their school district. 20-30 kids per building who all know each other. Each student's computer connects them to the class they are supposed to have for that period.

i don't think a 20-30 kid building is necessarily the best solution to shootings, but im certainly on board with updating the teaching methods and logistics w/ computer age tech to improve quality and decrease cost.

Plenty of other countries aren't ruled by dictators and don't have this problem.
