Instead of large school buildings for K-12, parents just drop their kids off at a handpicked 'daycare facility' which plugs them into the video chat network for their school district. 20-30 kids per building who all know each other. Each student's computer connects them to the class they are supposed to have for that period.

and in this case, it wasn't even about economic disparity
could be small peen or some other genetic issue
could be a lot of things
but you want a generation of screens-worshipers?
