2. The arabs were only living on 10% of the land in Palestine when the Jews came and built settlements on the empty parts.( For example, Tel Aviv)
3. Immediately when the British got the Palestinian Mandate, they gave 75% of Palestine to the Palestinians, which became what today is Jordan.
4. The Palestinians refused every single two state solution that was ever offered to them.
5. The Palestinians were the ones who stole their land from the Jews in the first place.

Israel is not a signatory to the NNP treaty, so their possession thereof is not illegal.

Israel didn't occupy Palestinian land until the Palestinian's Arab neighbors invaded Israel.

Qassam are a very specific type of rocket used in a very specific type of role- homemade rockets fired from the gaza strip into israel. There is no other kind of qassam. They are not synonymous with katyushas. Katyushas are a truckmounted artillery war vehicle made from specific military designs of multiple types. Qassams are ad hoc and only refer to those used by the palestinians. This is all basics, basics. Anyone who has been alive for the past 10 years and hasn't had their fingers in their ears humming loud as they can should know the difference, its been plastered over every source of news there is.
