This is a complex statement, most people do not hate america, they just don't like american foreign policy. If 50% of America does not like a US president at any one time, then is it so wrong to accept the notion that 50% of the world does not like him either when America (or rather, the American President) unilaterally starts bombing countries around the world. Also when you say no one wants to leave, Again, its back to the US president. Some Americans DO want to and DO move away from America. Especially now more then ever with such polarised politics.

But America was, for a long time, the land of the free and it was set up with open borders and had a sizeable working population that are/were not full American citizens. The US is currently in the process of kicking these people out, and naturally noting this culture is very embedded, there will be issues with this.

Its not bombs though. Obama got the Nobel Peace Prize for not being Bush, then dropped more bombs than he did...

As far as asylum seekers and/or illegal immigrants go... them coming and working here is fine. The problems start when you give these people benefits that are paid for by US taxpayers.

I didn't vote for Trump but the Trump derangement syndrome on both sides is hilarious. People who only see his flaws and then the people who literally think he's the 2nd coming of Christ.

Your missing the point, the majority of the world does not care who sits in the white house. so, in american you can have a democrat or a republican in office, but US foreign policy, regardless of who is in office, is pretty much the same.

I do not concur 100% but I understand what you are saying.
