Well, buzzfeed is rather new to me. So I thought I would check it out. :D

They're the ones who published the steele dossier and allegations of pissgate
Their main claim to fame was being a clickbait website that publishes lists of "top 10 movie hairstyles in 2017", but it turns out they also had a coupling of complete lack of journalistic integrity with hardcore raging liberal bias
they aren't like motherjones/TPM/shareblue/etc that are explicitly democratic propaganda, they're just hacks at a shitrag who sometimes stumble ass backwards into a political scoop, ie cernovich forwarded the john conyers bonanza to them

I agree. I wouldn't expect the GSA or Mueller to say: "Yeah, we cheated".
But, like you implied, they'll have to argue this out for months. Personally, I think the transition team's lawyer is correct, but who knows. I wouldn't expect the transition team to say: "Naw, Mueller's team didn't cheat, either".

Either way, it will work FOR Mueller, in that it will delay the proceedings, however it turns out.

/e On a side note, I'm a little suspicious of Buzzfeed's political leanings. This gets a bit tricky...

Larry Summers...is all about Clinton and Obama...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_Summers

Adrian Fenty...is ALL Democrat, see chart at the bottom...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adrian_Fenty

/ee Short version: Andreessen Horowitz, as well as the other funders of Buzzfeed (2014-present), are all about liberal/democratic ideology. Whereas Reuters seems to have ZERO political affiliations...as far as I could find.

Buzzfeed is not a news site

Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) revealed to Fox Newshost Judge Jeanine Pirro Saturday evening that the House Judiciary Committee will subpoena FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok, lawyer Lisa Page, and demoted Justice Department official Bruce Ohr along with his wife and former Fusion GPS employee Nellie Ohr “in their ongoing inquiry into claims of bias against President Donald Trump.”

Court orders Trump administration to give immigrant teens abortion access

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. District Court judge ruled on Monday that President Donald Trump’s administration must allow access to abortion for two pregnant teenagers who are in the country illegally, escalating a high-profile legal fight.

Judge Tanya Chutkan put her order on hold, however, to give the U.S. Justice Department time to appeal her ruling.

The Justice Department filed its notice of appeal shortly afterward to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

The judge’s temporary restraining order marked the latest chapter in a legal dispute with the Trump administration over whether minors who are illegal immigrants have the right to seek an abortion during their detention.

The only reason that matters is lack of single payer, the rest is a drop in the bucket.

So actually it's a reason but probably 0.01% or something like this...
Giving an idea of how wrong the choices you do in life can be wrong.

Senate panel snubs Trump's pick to run EXIM, OKs other nominees

“I believe he’s a principled man who simply believes in the abolishment of the bank,” said Senator Mike Rounds of South Dakota, who voted against Garrett along with South Carolina Republican Tim Scott and all Democrats on the panel.

The White House’s director of legislative affairs, Marc Short, commented, ”We are disappointed that the Senate Banking Committee missed this opportunity to get the Export Import Bank fully functioning again. We will continue to work with the committee on a path forward.”

Quote
GE in a statement urged quick confirmation of the remaining EXIM nominees and hailed the committee vote as “a milestone for manufacturers across the U.S. whose customers require a fully-functioning EXIM Bank.”

EXIM has a $42 billion backlog of deals in its pipeline awaiting approval, representing about 250,000 U.S. jobs based on Bureau of Labor Statistics multiplier data, said Scott Schloegel, an Obama administration appointee who still serves as the bank’s top officer.

Schloegel said with EXIM’s extended absence from large-scale export finance, many U.S. exporters have been unable to compete with China for some major projects in the power and technology sectors.

Seems the Dems want to slow even this down. I guess they don't want us to be able to compete with China. ?!?
I understand party affiliations, I don't understand why the Dems can't at least "get with the program" on things that will HELP the US.

(CNN)More than a year after the 2016 presidential election, former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton's favorability rating has dropped to a new low, according to a Gallup poll released Tuesday.

The poll showed 36% of respondents rated Clinton favorably compared to 61% who rated her unfavorably, which is a new high for that measure. Gallup said this beat out her previous low of 38% at the outset of the general election last year and in 1992 when she was not yet a household name.

Gallup's poll marked a five-point drop in the former secretary of state's favorability rating since June, when a poll of national adults showed 41% rated her favorably. Clinton's favorable rating reached a high-point in Gallup polling late into her husband's presidency and around her tenure as secretary of state.

At 6:00 mark:
"the Republican party went out of its way to remove 13 million people from the health roles, and are proud of it". - Mike Barnicle

What a laughable, dishonest statement. Republicans aren't going to fine people for not having health insurance anymore, thus, 13 million people will choose not to have health insurance. Morning Joe seems to be getting more blowhardy and less nuanced every month.
