You don't need healthy food.

All that matters is how much you eat. I could get shredded on only McDonald's and ice cream.

You'd be shredded, but you'd still be unhealthy as fuck, and very likely to end up causing society as much as the average fat person does. And this is one of the many things that are wrong with fat shaming.

The only reason why we even think of shaming fat people is because obesity happens to be one of the most clearly visible, almost undeniable symptoms of an unhealthy lifestyle. If doing meth caused you to have a giant bright blue spot on your forehead, I'm positive that people like duffman would end up shaming people with giant bright blue spots on their foreheads too.

is it not fascinating that druggies try to keep their activities out of the public eye specifically because they live a shameful hedonistic lifestyle? they feel ashamed as they ought to

morbidly obese people lying about what they eat and eating vast quantities of food where no one can see them is no different, they feel ashamed as they should and we ought to shame them for it

You still have done nothing to explain why you feel so strong about the bolded part.

I know, you've said this. I do not know why you think shaming will help though.

it has a history of working well in asian countries

it isn't considered rude to comment on your weight there and look at all the good it does in keeping the populace fit

japan even implemented a fat tax of sorts targetting obese folks and managed to successfully defeat their obesity crisis before it could spread
