Just hypothetically, could Rand Paul and the other quarantined senators put on sealed hazmat/environmental suits with closed respirator systems and get hosed down, then go to vote in the senate chamber and leave immediately?
If the coronavirus stimulus package gets held up by democrats on a thin vote margin while 3 republicans are in isolation, its a real possibility

Can't they just change the Senate rules with 50 votes? Seems like you should be able to vote remotely if need be.

What's most outlandish about this scenario is Democrats holding up necessary government functioning. They're the only party left that governs.
