If you want to cut education its good you're being forthright about it, if thats the real plan conservatives have for 'balancing the books'
I mean while dayton let us have our cake and eat it too, walker was off cutting education. And federal jobs. And health care. And job growth. And median wages. And civil rights

I'm all for cutting education when we aren't getting our money's worth, which we aren't spending is going up, performance is at best flat.
